Tokens can only be sent to broadcasters that are age verified.  

To send a tip to a broadcaster press the green "Send Tip" button below the camera window.  A shortcut to tip in chat is to type "/tip 50", replacing the number with any amount that you would like to tip.

To send a tip to an offline broadcaster press the green "Send Tip" button above their bio
