Checks are sent via USPS from South Florida. Please make sure to check with your bank to confirm that they can cash checks in $USD.
Checks are issued to the address filled out in 'Personal Information' so please be sure to include all the information needed to deliver to your address (i.e. house number, apartment number, etc.)
Checks and envelopes will say Multi Media LLC and do not mention Chaturbate. Checks sent via FedEx have the same procedures as Checks by mail, however they can arrive faster.
My bank can’t cash the check you sent. What should I do?
Answer:
Please contact us. We can cancel the check and return the funds back to your Chaturbate account. You’ll also want to update your payment information to a different method.
Where’s my check?
Answer:
International checks can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to arrive. Checks are sent via regular mail with no tracking number. To receive a tracking number, you need to select the FedEx option. We can always cancel this check and return the payment to your Chaturbate account.
