If you're planning to have anyone else appear on your cam, you need to first upload their identification here and have them sign an Independent Broadcaster agreement under your account. If you don't complete verification for everyone appearing on your cam, you could lose the ability to receive tokens and possibly your broadcasting privileges.
1. Submit valid government-issued identification (ID) for every person who will participate on your cam. IDs must include the following information:
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Expiration Date
- Issued Date
- Photo ID
2. Have each person sign an Independent Broadcaster Agreement under your account.
Note:
You will need to take photos of both the front and back of their ID.
In addition, you must submit a selfie of the ID holder. For the ‘Selfie’ portion, you should only show your face in the frame and we ask that you do not hold your ID by your face during this portion.
Important:
We do not accept paper or handwritten IDs, or IDs that have been obstructed (please hold IDs by their top and bottom edges). Please see the section below on other issues that can cause ID/photos to be rejected.
Additional Instructions:
If an ID is about to expire, you must upload a new ID before its expiration date to avoid having any problems with your account. We send out notifications that IDs are about to expire.
If an ID photo has been rejected, you must upload a better ID photo. Possible problems with an ID that can result in it being declined are:
- The ID is Out of Focus (blurred image).
- The ID is Too Small (the smallest lettering of the ID must be legible).
- The ID is Obscured (fingers or other objects that cover ID - hold ID by its edge).
- The ID is Cut Off (not fully in frame).
- The ID is Low Contrast (flash reflection or poor lighting makes ID/person hard to see).
