Filled Out Payment Info Late
- We can only process payments with accurate payment information on file. If you provided or updated your payment details during the current pay period, your earnings will be disbursed at the conclusion of this period.

Please note that payment periods run from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the end of the month. Payments are typically dispatched within 7 days after the end of the respective pay period.
Converted Tokens Late

If your payment information was filled out during the current pay period, your earnings will be paid out when this pay period ends.
- Payments are sent out within 7 days of the pay period ending.
Minimum Amount Needed for a Payout Not Reached
- Please know that to request a payout, there is a minimum amount required, typically starting at $50.00. If you did not reach the minimum payment, your earnings will roll over until the minimum is reached.
- You can set your minimum to whatever amount you want above $50.00. If you've mistakenly set your minimum payout threshold too high, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance in adjusting it.
- Please be aware that converted tokens are never lost. You can always view your converted tokens here. Any tokens you convert will reflect as a payment amount designated as 'to be paid to you' until you receive a payout.
Undeliverable Check
- In the event that checks are undeliverable and returned to us, we will promptly reach out to you to update your mailing address. We advise allowing some time to see if the check arrives, but if necessary, we can expedite the process by canceling the check and sending it to an alternative address.
