Offline tips can be sent to any broadcaster who has the ability to accept tokens.
Press the green 'Send Tip' button to send a tip to this person.
You can send your desired amount along with a note.
Once complete, a notification email will be sent to the broadcaster. They will be able to view this tip in their 'Token Stats' the next time they sign in.
