Why can't I hear sound on mobile?

We recommend using Chrome or Safari, and clicking the "sound icon" in the bottom left of the video window.

Please ensure audio is enabled on your device, the volume is up, and the browser has autoplay enabled for audio and media. 

Audio may not be available if your internet or reception is slow or inconsistent.
