Some videos in my Collection don't play

If you are getting the error No playable sources found when trying to play videos in your collection or the video does not play back at all:

Please follow the tips below:

  • Try viewing the video in another browser, such as Google Chrome
  • Try viewing the video on another device such as a mobile phone, computer, or tablet
  • Try connecting your device to Wifi instead of mobile data

Do you have any 3rd party programs running?

Users have reported issues with 3rd party programs (such as ad blockers, firewalls, etc...) that cause conflicts with the playback of videos.  If you have 3rd party apps installed, please try disabling them.
