Conversion Rates:

To convert your tokens, go to the 'My Profile' page by clicking your username on the top right of the site to access a dropdown menu. Click on 'My Profile' and then click on the 'Token Stats' where you'll see the conversion options.
Converting tokens does not mean a payment is sent. Unless you've requested a Daily Payout, you’ll need to wait for the pay period to end to receive your payment.
Pay periods are the 1st-15th and the 16th-31st of each month. The cutoff time is midnight CB Time (Mountain Time Zone).
Be sure to convert any tokens earned before the end of the pay period to ensure a full payment.
If you converted tokens during the current pay period, you will receive payment when this pay period ends.

Are my tokens lost?
Tokens which have been converted are never lost. You can always view your converted tokens here. All converted tokens will be noted as a payment amount that's labeled as 'to be paid to you' until you receive a payout.
