- To process payments to your account based on your setup instructions, we must first verify the following:
- The payee is over the age of 18
- They have electronically signed the standard independent broadcaster agreement (IBA).
- Visit the following link to upload age verification images for the payee and have them sign an IBA.
- Make sure that the first and last names are spelled exactly as they appear on your ID and IBA. Do not use usernames, nicknames, account numbers, etc.
2. Convert Tokens
- To convert tokens, open the Broadcast Yourself page and click Token Stats. Select the option you’d like from the listed conversion options.
3. Wait for the end of the pay period
- Pay periods are from the 1st to the 15th and from the 16th to the 31st (or last day) of each month. The previous period begins processing at the start of the next period. Payments are sent out within 7 business days of the pay period ending.

- Processing times do not include delivery time.
- We work diligently to make sure your payment is sent out to you as quickly as possible.

- You will receive an email notification when the payment has been sent. Be advised that no payouts are processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.
- A minimum amount is required to receive a payout; most methods start at a minimum of $50.00. If you do not earn the minimum amount required within a pay period, your balance will roll over into the next pay period until the minimum is achieved.

Can I use someone else’s payment method to receive payments?
Yes! However, please note that in order to issue payment on your account using the instructions you provide, we will need to confirm that the payee is over the age of 18 and have them electronically sign our standard performer agreement. You can upload age verification images for the payee and have them sign a performer agreement here.

I’m already age verified. Why are they saying they need ID again for payout?
In order to issue payment on your account using the instructions you have provided, we will need to confirm that the payee is over the age of 18 and have them electronically sign our standard performer agreement.
Please note that users added as Guests are unable to receive payouts. Even if the payee has a Chaturbate account, they must provide ID to your account.
