Voluntary Informed Consent
As noted in the Terms and throughout the Platform, the Platform is dedicated to providing a safe environment for informed and consenting adults and we maintain an absolute zero-tolerance policy for any activity involving human trafficking, sex trafficking, or any form of coerced or uninformed participation. Any violation of this policy—or even the suggestion of such activity—will result in an immediate permanent ban and a direct report to federal and local law enforcement, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and all other relevant authorities we determine appropriate, at our sole discretion.
Consent must be given fully, freely, and with a comprehensive understanding of the Platform's nature. We strictly prohibit "coerced consent," which includes, but is not limited to:
- Third-Party Pressure: Consent provided due to romantic manipulation, emotional pressure, or promises of personal benefits/time from a third party.
- Impaired Judgment: Consent provided while under the influence of alcohol or any intoxicants (legal, illegal, or prescribed).
- Economic or Survival Duress: Consent provided under threat of loss of employment, housing, financial stability, or other basic necessities.
- Physical or Verbal Aggression: Consent provided to avoid physical harm, verbal abuse, or any other form of intimidation or duress.
Our zero-tolerance policy extends beyond actual abuse to the promotion or facilitation of harm. The Platform strictly prohibits engaging in, promoting, or facilitating activity that simulates or role-plays human trafficking, sex trafficking, or physical or economic abuse.
To ensure the safety of Community Members, we use live automated and manual review systems. All accounts, uploads, and broadcasts are subject to real-time monitoring to identify potential violations of this policy and the Terms.
As used in this section, the term "Community Member" includes all individuals accessing the Platform, including Independent Broadcasters, users, viewers, and administrative staff.
